It's called the permission trap. In my observation, most people are waiting because they are thinking if they have the title or the status or the authority. In reality, its the trap that's playing in their minds, keeping them from taking the ownership. Entrepreneurial leadership is the ability to stop waiting to be asked or empowered, and instead assuming the responsibilities as if you were the owner.
