Two attributes that together spell excellence.

Think of anything that makes you say Wow or Waah! - it could be a tech product, an online service, a 8-lane highway, a leadership event, an airport, a meal, or even a cup of tea :)

The two attributes that would have definitely played a crucial role in the making of these varied range of products, services or experiences are Speed and Quality.

But 90% of the time this is what happens: we focus on speed and we risk quality OR vice versa.

The real deal is how can we bring both speed and quality into our creations?

Because any of the Wow or Waah products, services or experiences won’t create the same impact:

if quality is high but they took so long to make that the audience was tired of the delay

Or if speed was great but had flaws or they broke a little too soon.

So, the next time you want to create something Wow, what can you do to bring both Speed and Quality into your design and delivery decisions?
