December has a strange way of slowing time — calendars free up, inboxes thin out, and suddenly the year feels close enough to a touch down.

This is when many leaders start counting days: days to closure.

But leadership isn’t built in the countdown. It’s built in what you choose to do with the days that remain.
The conversations you don’t postpone. The decisions you don’t defer. The clarity you create before the calendar turns.

Great years don’t end by accident, they are completed with intention. Build in days to review and days to reset before the touch down.
