Saying yes to (almost) everything says a lot about you.
The best way to find this out is to check your calendar for the past month and see how many meetings or engagements can you classify today as 'obligatory yes'. When i checked mine, i found one such meeting. The problem was not just the 45 minutes i spent on it, the bigger problem was it left me in an irritable state because of the nature of the conversation - and that costed me a lot more. β What do you need to stop doing so that your βyesβ has a greater significance again? #LeadershipLabβ β
