Here's how we could interpret this famous quote from Steve Jobs....

1. Your work is going to fill 80,000 hours of your life. Why settle for less, when you could scale the peaks of your career?
2. The quality of these hours directly impact the quality of your personal life. Not wise staying in low quality zone for prolonged periods.
3. Satisfaction comes from what you believe is great work. Define what great work looks like to you, this could be your why.
4. All elements of your work will not be interesting. Discover the 3 things that you value most at work and protect them.
5. You will not be great, even good at everything. You don't have to be. Find your strengths, and complement your weakness.
6. You are in pursuit of your personal greatness. "So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.”
